This training site is run by Capability Solutions for PPL Plastic Solutions.
Capability Solutions respects your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 2020.
We collect only the personal information needed to deliver and verify your training. That is your name and email address, the courses you are enrolled in, your progress through each lesson, your knowledge check answers and scores, your completion dates and certificates, and any documents you upload in a lesson.
If your employer, or a site you work on, arranged your training, they can see your enrolments, progress, completions and the documents you upload for them.
Each certificate has a verification link. Anyone you give the link to can see your name, the course, the completion date and the date the certificate is valid until.
We use service providers to host this site and to deliver email and video. We never sell or rent your information.
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as it is needed. Training records are kept so that completions can be checked later.
The site sets one cookie to keep you signed in. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see or correct your information at any time. Email gordon@findlayandco.co.nz.
If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
